Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 01/08
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: 8hr NOCs and 8hr Variables, Every other and Holiday as needed
Travel Pay:
Weekly Gross 3,162.00
Weekly Taxable 2,000.00
Weekly Non-Taxable 1,162.00
Hourly Taxable up to 40 Hours 50.00
Hourly Non-Taxable 29.05
Overtime after 40 Hours 75.00
Required:
3 years of RN experience REQUIRED
2 years of Psych experience REQUIRED
WI CNA License, AHA BLS
MOAB certified within the last 2 years REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year REQUIRED
